Conservation Resources’ file folders meet extremely stringent specifications for both paper strength and paper chemistry. Our standard file folders are made from our Lig-Free I .010 paper, which goes over 1000 double folds in the weakest direction, has 3% alkaline buffering, a pH of 8.5, and is lignin- free. They are available with reinforced or non- reinforced tabs. Our lignin- free photographic file folders are made from white, .010, neutral, non-buffered paper.
