Four-flap enclosures wrap gently around film or glass plates with no seams and no adhesives. This style of housing is available with two scores separated by 1/8 and 1/16 in. for glass plates, and with a single score for sheet film. These envelopes simply fold into rectangles. They are offered in our traditional non-buffered, lignin-and sulfur-free .006 CRPP paper or in alkaline buffered MicroChamber paper. The patented alkaline pH 8.5 tan MicroChamber component with alkaline buffers and our proprietary hydrophobic, acid-resistant zeolite molecular sieves provides the finest protection available against acids, by-products of deterioration and pollutants.
