Returns

Conservation Resources will accept materials for return under the following conditions

• the item is in new, original, unused or unopened condition
• we are notified of your desire to return it within 30 days of the shipping date
• customer is responsible for shipping both ways  

We can not accept special order items (such as special sizes or cut sheets of paper or board) for return. Material returned in its original condition may be exchanged for a different size or the sales price of the material (less the shipping) can be refunded as you wish. Please be sure to let us know your preference.
