Non-Slip Mats Non-slip mats are made of durable, flexible plastic with an extreme coefficient of friction against other dry materials. They are extremely thin, measuring only 2mm thick. They are designed to prevent objects from sliding or rolling caused by extraneous forces. These mats are supplied as part of our TC vacuum probe kit, and are ideal for holding laboratory glassware in place to prevent spills. Additionally, they may be used to hold ceramics or other artifacts steady during treatment. These green mats do not migrate plasticizers, and when soiled they may be cleaned with hot, sudsy water.
