Prices: We make ever attempt to keep prices on this website current; however please verify costs when placing an order as market conditions fluctuate and prices are adjusted accordingly. Orders will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order was paced. Please contact us for special pricing on volume or special orders.

Sales Tax: State and federal government agencies are tax exempt. If you are a business or an individual in the Commonwealth of Virginia, we must charge sales tax unless you provide us with a tax-exempt certificate.

Terms: Prices in our catalog are FOB Springfield, VA. Government agencies and public institutions are extended credit immediately; business accounts may be set up as well. Prices are in US dollars; payments should be made in the same. We accept checks, money orders, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express cards.

Special Orders: Whether you need different dimensions for a flat storage box, giant folders for panoramic prints, polyester L seals in a size you can not find in the catalog, or even a special folder with a polyester envelope inside, we are happy to manufacture items by special order. We fill thousands of requests each year for variations on material considered stock and genuinely enjoy the unique projects. We will be happy to discuss your requirements; use your imagination and then give us a call.

Cutting Charges: We are pleased to cut sheets of paper or board to special sizes for you; nominal cutting charges are applied. Please contact customer service for quotes.

Shipping: Shipping methods vary based on the individual order. Shipping charges are prepaid by Conservation Resources and are invoiced to the customer. We use UPS and Federal Express, as well as motor freight carriers. We try to select the best method, taking into account the safety of the merchandise and the cost of shipping. Recently, UPS and Federal Express have added a variety of extra charges, including charges for oversize cartons, residential deliveries, and dimensional weight. In addition to basic rates, motor carriers add additional fees for services such as inside deliveries, notification calls, and requirements for lift gate trucks when facilities do not have a loading dock. If you have a special request, such as overnight service, the need for an inside delivery, or a preferred carrier, please let us know when you place your order. Again, shipping charges are not included in the unit prices of items in our catalog and will be billed with the material. We can estimate shipping charges for you; let us know the quantities and items you are seeking as well as the delivery zip code.

Damages and Claims: While we take care in both pulling the items for your order and in packing orders to assure safe arrival at their destination, there are occasions where problems arise. Please open all cartons and ensure that everything is as it should be; notify us of damage or discrepancies within 48 hours. Errors in shipments can be corrected easily at this point. In the case of damage, we can advise you of the procedures to follow. When signing for a shipment, please inspect material for visible damage and either refuse or note that there was damage on the delivery receipt. Save all packing material from damaged shipments as this may be needed for inspection once a claim is filed.

Returns: Material to be sent back needs a return authorization number; please contact us and let us know what you would like to do. Chemicals generally are not accepted for returns; nor are special order items (unless they are defective).
